Environmental Protection Policy
DSD Shipping AS is committed to protect the environment and remains dedicated to its ultimate goal of “Zero Spill”. In addition to complying with all the regulatory requirements of MARPOL 73/78, DSD Shipping through its Technical Managers strives to adopt and implement the industry best practices to combat marine pollution.
All DSD Shipping AS vessels are ISO14001:2015 certified, and strive to surpass even those requirements.

and technical managers are required to uphold the Company’s Environment Protection Policy
which aims to:
- Prevent pollution by oil
- Prevent pollution by noxious liquid substances in bulk
- Prevent pollution by vessel’s sewage
- Prevent pollution by vessel’s garbage
- Prevent air pollution
- Prevent volatile organic cargo emission pollution
- Reduce waste
